To date, Dreamworks is currently its first Photovoltaic solar plant located in the Mpumalanga province utilizing a 130 hectares owned by the Group. This plant will have capacity of 80MW peak to be constructed over two phases.
Phase 1 (40MW) is earmarked for consumption by mine operations while phase 2 is earmarked for a Green Hydrogen electrolysis plant currently under development. For phase 1, it is planned that construction will commence in Q3 of 2023.
